Positive Reframing

Sometimes we focus on the negative qualities rather than looking at the positive qualities of a student.  It's important to think about the strengths children have to offer that will help them be successful in life.  This is a helpful chart I found on Pinterest that shifts our focus from deficits to assets.  When we channel their personalities down the right path we can create strong leaders that have compassion.
